Rather Inspirational from Ellizabeth Gilbert

Elizabeth Gilbert who wrote Eat, Pray, Love, said on Oprah today that a good daily trio for her is to write in her journal each morning, "What do I really, really, really want"? (has to be "really really.") And then at the end of the day to write "What was the loveliest thing that happened to me today"? And third to check the mantra you say to yourself all the time, as in "idiot" or "beautiful" or whatever one tends to internally say to oneself over and over. Check that it be a great one, as in "I am totally blessed" which would make a good mantra for me because it is true. And she told what her Bali friend/guru told her was a great way to mediate, "Just sit and smile, even smile with your liver". Brilliant huh?
